By downloading, installing, or using Prompt Bravo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Prompt Bravo on your Mac devices for personal or commercial use.

• Use the app on devices you own or control
• Create and manage your prompt library
• Access all features included in your version

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use Prompt Bravo and the content you create with it.

• Use the application only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Do not use the application to store or transmit malicious code or illegal content
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the application
• Respect intellectual property rights of others in your prompts

Free and Pro Versions

Prompt Bravo is available in both free and Pro versions.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Prompt Bravo. If you purchase the Pro version and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Prompt Bravo and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• You retain ownership of all prompts you create
• We retain ownership of the Prompt Bravo software and brand
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application code

Your Content and Data

All prompts, categories, and data you create in Prompt Bravo belong to you. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, all your data is stored locally on your device, and we do not access, collect, or store your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Prompt Bravo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the application.

Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify Prompt Bravo and these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the application, our website, or via email if we have your contact information. Your continued use of the application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Prompt Bravo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Prompt Bravo will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
